Speakout to Stop the Comcast Merger
The clock is ticking in the fight to stop the Comcast-Time Warner Cable deal. Oct. 29th is the deadline to submit comments to the FCC on this mega-merger. That same day, the Media Action Grassroots Network will join with Free Press and other allies to rally at noon outside the agency’s headquarters, where we’ll deliver petitions and take your voice to the decision-makers who have the power to stop this lousy deal. Here are the details:
What: Speakout to Stop the Comcast Merger
When: Wed., Oct. 29, from 12–1 p.m. (arrive by 11:45 a.m.)
Where: Federal Communications Commission, 445 12th St. SW, Washington, D.C. Look for the red balloons and signs.
Bring: Bring a sign and your Comcast horror stories!
