In today’s digital world, our ability to communicate depends on an Internet connection. Millions of Americans don’t have Internet because they cannot afford it. Right now, the Federal Communications Commission (FCC) is considering reforms to a program known as Lifeline, which would make Internet affordable for low-income families.
